As I had already tried butter murukku and vengaya murukku, I wanted to prepare garlic murukku at home. I browsed few recipes and came across this one. This is the first time I am trying a murukku recipe with garlic.The combination of rice flour, besan and butter worked out very well. It came out white, crispy and mildly spiced with a nice garlic flavor.
