1.  TWRP 2.8.7.0  for Lenovo VIBE Z2 PRO K920: Here  or Here 
2. Latest Version of flash tool : Download 
3. Lenovo VIBE Z2 PRO K920 USB Driver : Download 
4. To ensure what is firmware used by your device, you can check by go to Setting ->About -> Software Information ->Build Number.

Flashing Lenovo VIBE Z2 PRO K920.

1. At the first time, please Install driver for Lenovo VIBE Z2 PRO K920 that already downloaded before. 
2. Extract the other downloaded file (TWRP and flash tool) save in anywhere on your hard drive.
3. Install ADB+Fastboot with drivers.
4. We recommend that you use this installer, (visit this link)
5. Enable USB debugging on your phone (you can go to Settings->Developer Options)
6. After connecting the phone to the PC, pop up may appear, tick Always allow from this computer and click OK
7. Then, Extract downloaded recovery zip and copy .img file to C:/adb
8. Now open cmd line, do it by :
• press Start button on keyboard + R, 
• Then type "cmd", press OK or Enter
• Then and go to C:/adb (type "cd C:/adb" and hit Enter)
9. Reboot into bootloader (type "adb reboot-bootloader")
10. Your phone should now reboot into the bootloader (you will see Little green android logo in the middle of the screen)
11. Flash the recovery.img (type "fastboot flash recovery recovery.img")

For Lollipop Firmware.

1. If you have Lollipop Firmware, you should do these step below. this step will prevent from TWRP being overwritten by stock recovery on each boot.
2. Now boot into the recovery (type "fastboot boot recovery.img")
3. In TWRP go to Mounts and tick System.

4. In TWRP open File Manager, go to /system and rename recovery-from-boot.p to recovery-from.boot.p.bak
5. Finally, reboot your Lenovo VIBE Z2 PRO K920
6. Finish !
